Spring is in the air which means the planting season is underway.  If you're looking to spruce up your garden, New Jersey Agriculture Secretary Douglas Fisher is urging all state residents to go to their local nurseries and landscapers and buy locally grown items.  Fisher visited McNaughton's Gardens in Somers Point today where he kicked off his Buy Local program.
