Tinton Falls will be heading up an ambitious program to have 90 percent of residents sign up for the borough's Emergency Code Red Alert systems in just nine days.
The National Emergency Alert System test is today, 11/9/11 at 2:00 PM, EST. The length of the test has been shortened to about 30 seconds. You will hear the test on New Jersey 101.5. The test will be heard on all TV, cable, satellite and radio stations
