Winter weather has arrived in New Jersey and surprisingly, many motorists in the Garden State are traveling the highways and byways unprepared, according to a new survey by State Farm which found 67 percent of drivers had some sort of junk, or non-emergency supplies, in their trunk.
According to CarComparisonInsurance.com, the following ten states have the worst drivers, based on the number of bad tickets (drunk driving, careless driving, failure to obey a traffic signal, but NOT overall tickets) they get.
