Spadea’s prediction correct: Rutgers removes Flood and Hermann

The school fired both director of athletics Julie Hermann and football coach Kyle Flood following a scandalous season.

Rutgers University President Robert Barchi sited "continued struggles on the field combined with several off the field issues" as the reason for Flood's dismissal. He also said in the same letter that "it would not have been fair to Julie, to Rutgers and our student athletes, or to potential football coaching candidates," to keep her on staff with many changes being made to the program.
