The 19-year-old is a native of Marlton, NJ, but moved to Los Angeles two years to pursue her music dreams.

Grimmie has already built an impressive fan base, boasting 2.5 million subscribers to her YouTube channel.

All four judges turned their chairs to see her rendition of Miley Cyrus' 'Wrecking Ball' on Monday night.

After pleas from Adam Levine, Shakira, Usher and Blake Shelton, Grimmie decided on Levine to guide her through the upcoming season.
