Evening Line-Up Change on NJ101.5

New Jersey 101.5 is in the process of making a change to its Monday-Thursday 7p-11p slot with the departure of Michelle Jerson.

The station has decided not to renew Michelle’s contract as it moves in a different direction weekday evenings.

The program “After Hours” along with its relationship topic focus has been cancelled and the station looks to put a new show on the air that will be more consistent with the Jersey focused topics that air on all other shows.

Program Director Eric Johnson states “Through audience research, our listeners made it very clear to us that they would like to hear the entertaining and informative Jersey based topics that we discuss all day, in the evenings as well.”

New Jersey 101.5 would like to thank Michelle Jerson for her service to the station and we wish her well going forward.

The station will be conducting a search for a new evening host for our Jersey topic based show. While that search is going on, part-time host and Monmouth County native Steve Trevelise will be hosting evenings and will be a candidate for the full-time host position, as the station considers all qualified applicants.
