Should we be able to smoke electronic cigarettes on airplanes?

NJ Congressman Frank Pallone, wants to ban the use of electronic cigarettes from flights. Is this really necessary? With all the other things going on in the world right now, is someone smoking an e-cigarette on a plane really top priority for our lawmakers?
