Twitter is planning a global expansion after its $1.6 billion Goldman Sachs-led IPO, the most hyped since Facebook in 2012. Twitter’s IPO could give the firm an $11 billion market cap.

As the company lines up investors for it’s Nov 7th initial public offering, racists and terrorists groups are flooding twitter with hate filled rants. Should a company that is about to be publicly traded allow its users to post offensive material?

Twitter’s responded by claiming: “As a policy, we don’t mediate content or intervene in disputes between users." What are your opinions about this? Do you think twitter should be policing hate speech?
