Assemblyman Ron Dancer is looking into clarifying the current law that authorities are currently using to ticket drivers. Drivers who are currently getting summonses under the statute of improper use of multiple beam headlights. Under Dancer's legislation, it would clarify the statute and make it perfectly legal for a driver to flash their headlights to oncoming traffic for any reason whatsoever.

Do you agree with Dancer's legislation? Do you think NJ drivers should be allowed to flash their high beams at other drivers? Take the poll below and let us know your opinion.
