POLL: Should schools ban swings?

Dennis and Judi discussed a story about a new trend where schools are doing away with another piece of things that were part of our childhood.

A school in Washington is removing swings as they have been deemed too dangerous. AS the article notes, more play areas are being filled with rubber and cedar than the play areas we knew as kids.

Swings are just the latest in a long line of childhood games that we used to play that are no longer deemed "safe." Whether it be tag, see saws or other games, everything has become unsafe in some shape or form.
