NJ1015 Family Adoption 2012

As part of New Jersey 101.5’s ongoing effort to give back to our communities, we are asking our listeners to help us assist needy families throughout the state of New Jersey with our annual Family Adoption.

New Jersey 101.5 personalities are asking listeners to share the holiday spirit with various families from transitional and battered family shelters. The families are listed below and are anonymously coded to protect their privacy.

All donated items must be new and unwrapped. Gift cards are strongly suggested. Home decorations, blankets and cleaning supplies will also be welcome gifts.

HOW TO HELP:

• Call the New Jersey 101.5 Family Adoption Hotline at (609) 359-5353 to adopt one or more families. We also encourage groups or businesses to adopt families.

New Jersey 101.5 listeners can drop off their donated items to participating Batteries Plus and Lackland Self Storage locations:

**Please note that the Paramus and Metuchen locations WILL NOT be accepting donations for the Family Adoption Program this year**

You'll also be able to drop off a donation at several area malls including:

• Saturday, November 24; Noon-3p: Menlo Park Mall, 55 Parsonage Rd, Edison
• Sunday, November 25; Noon-3p: Monmouth Mall, Routes 35 & 36, Eatontown
• Saturday December 1, noon-3p Bridgewater Commons Mall, 400 Commons Way, Bridgewater
• Sunday, December 2; Noon-3p: Quakerbridge Mall, 150 Quakerbridge Mall, Lawrence Township

Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey will be donating one dollar for each 'like' on their facebook page! 'Max of $2,500'
