The judge on Friday also ordered officials to impound the red truck that bears the names of those killed in the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks that the men drove around the state.

Thomas Scalgione of Stafford Township and Mark Niemczyk of Tinton Falls are accused of using donations for their personal gain.

Scalgione has denied the allegations.

The Asbury Park Press reports the pair, who did not have an attorney at the hearing, left without speaking to reporters.
