NJ country music artist Nikki Briar sings ‘A Soldier’s Princess’ (WATCH)

When NJ country music artists Nikki Briar's husband, U.S. Army Reservist Angelo Martinez, was overseas, she kept herself busy writing songs that paid tribute to him, and all the other men and women of the military who spend time away from their loved ones each day.

On Tuesday, in honor of Veteran's Day, Nikki and Angelo joined me in the studio where she performed her song, "A Soldier's Princess."

Nikki has written a few songs paying tribute to Angelo and the men and women who serve in our Armed Forces. She says she tries to include at least once song per album honoring the United States military.
