President Barack Obama will be addressing the country during tonight's State of the Union. Though Bill Spadea doesn't plan on watching any of it, he wanted to get the perspective of a New Jersey Congressman who will be in attendance.

Republican Tom MacArthur doesn't expect anything new to be addressed during tonight's State of the Union.
