Gov. Chris Christie will deliver his annual budget address at 2 p.m. from the Statehouse in Trenton.

In his first public address since dropping out of the race for the GOP presidential nomination, the governor is expected to cover a number of issues including the nearly-depleted Transportation Trust Fund and the state's controversial pension and benefits system.
