New Trends in the Last Five Years

I’m convinced that sushi, while being somewhat available for a long time, has only become a “trendy” thing to eat in the last five years. Before that, there were sushi restaurants here and there, but it was never as readily available as it is now.

I almost feel like people just eat it because it’s the cool, new thing to do. Jeff and Bill greatly disagree. They argue that it’s just as popular now as it was ten to fifteen years ago. I’ll leave that argument up to you guys.
