Food Network star Aaron McCargo Jr. is looking to open a Camden restaurant and he's one step closer to his goal. He just received a $100,000 Camden Urban Enterprise Zone grant for his planned restaurant. However, that's considerably short of the one million dollars he says he needs to open.

McCargo, a Camden High graduate whose notoriety comes from winning Season 4 of The Next Food Network Star & from starring in Big Daddy's House on the Food Network, has also written a cookbook, Simply Done Well Done.

At the city council meeting where the grant was approved, residents were thrilled to hear that McCargo was coming back to his hometown. He plans to offer food with a lot of flavor. Many of the ingredients will be made right at the restaurant.

What kind of restaurant would you like to see in your town that isn't currently there?
