Morning show ‘joke off’ – which joke is the best? (poll)

The #JokeBattle2017 rages on. This morning the competition for which joke would make it into the opening act continued in studio today. Jessica Nutt was in studio to deliver the #MarshmallowJoke in the hopes of moving the poll numbers on twitter.

She was successful in knocking down Spadea's #TheMuffinJoke from the high of 68% to 51%, but her quest to win the competition may have been dashed by spoiler Patrick Lavery who came in with a new twist...#TheToastJoke.

If you didn't participate in the Twitter poll, you have a chance to vote for your favorite joke here. The winning joke will open the comedy shows coming up in the new year. Spadea and Jessica will be on stage at the Comedy Cove in Springfield, NJ on Thursday February 23rd and at Catch A Rising Star in Princeton on Thursday, March 2nd.

They'll be joined by host Joe Piscopo, our own nighttime host and comic Steve Trevelise and stand up comics Chip Chantry and Jay Black. Half the proceeds will go to support the Boys and Girls Club of New Jersey. Tickets will be available soon!
