Make Sure to Celebrate National ‘Talk Like a Pirate Day’ [VIDEO]
September 19, 2012 10:01 AM Ahoy Maytes! Jim wanted to remind all you swashbucklers that today is national ‘Talk Like Pirate Day.’
So whether it be a work conversation or just striking up a friendly discussion, make sure that you insert at least one “ARRRGGGGHHHH” and if you can get in a “Shiver Me Timbers” that would be even better.
Jim got into the spirit today by talking like pirate on air for a bit and even having our traffic reporter Bob Williams perform part of the 8:48 traffic report in a pirate voice.
So make sure you take full advantage of the national day, have some fun, east, drink. be merry and find your inner pirate. Here is a video to get in you the right frame of mind:
