Loose Goat Causes Traffic Snarl on NJ’s Pulaski Skyway
A renegade goat and an auto accident snarled traffic on the Pulaski Skyway in northern New Jersey.
Jersey City Police Capt. Edgar Martinez says it took 90 minutes for emergency services to corral the goat as it ran along the four-lane bridge between Jersey City and Kearny Point Tuesday.
Martinez says while that was taking place, there was also an accident involving four vehicles. Martinez says no one was injured.
Officials are trying to determine where the goat came from.
The landmark Pulaski Skyway traverses the Passaic and Hackensack rivers.
