The FBI said Thursday it found no evidence of missing Teamsters boss Jimmy Hoffa during a search of land under the Pulaski Skyway in Jersey City in early June.
The NJ Department of Transportation said that replacement of a retaining wall between Route 139 and the Skyway will prevent future closures and delays.
Federal officials say the settlement is the first time a local government agency has admitted wrongdoing in an enforcement action by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
