Jim talks Racial Profiling with NJ Congressman Rush Holt [AUDIO, POLL]
Congressman Rush Holt joined Jim today (5/16) to defend his amendment against racial profiling. Holt believes Federal money should not be spent on profiling.

The congressman goes on to speak about how the NYPD and other law outlets have engaged in profiling and other unconstitutional practices. Although Jim feels that the practice of profiling is a necessity in today’s society. You can listen to that here in the second part of the interview:
