Have you ever been issued a fine for not have one of these things renewed? I remember getting a ticket for having an expired registration card. My registration had expired two days earlier! It’s almost like they could sense something was wrong. On the other hand, I drove with an expired inspection sticker on my windshield for two months. I would worry about an officer seeing it every single day, but it never happened.
