A chef in London has put together what he considers the next best thing to eating human flesh: a burger made to taste like people. He based the offering on the descriptions cannibals have made about how a person tastes, and wound up with a mixture of veal, pork, bone marrow, and chicken livers. I guess the market for this is wannabe cannibals who can’t commit to killing and eating someone. Here are some of the things cannibals have said about human flesh.
