At a news briefing in Middletown today on Sandy recovery efforts, Governor Chris Christie mentioned an emotional encounter he had with a local resident - nine-year-old Ginger.

"I'm not good with kids crying. She was the only child who came up to me during these two weeks who was in tears," the Governor told reporters. "She didn't have her house anymore."

The Governor said much of his sleeplessness over the past several days can be attributed to seeing the faces of those who suffered the most.
