Giants vs. Eagles? More like North Jersey vs. South Jersey!

If you draw a line from Lambertville on the Delaware River to Barnegat Light on the Atlantic, and that would pretty much give you the divide in our state between Giants and Eagles fans.

Sunday the two NFL teams met for the 167th time including postseason games. The Giants have won 85 times, 81 for the Eagles and 2 ties. NJ101.5 is not New York and not Philadelphia, but when it comes to NFL football it's either one or the other.

Well, the North won today, but it was close up until the last 1:20 seconds left in the game. I'm a casual football fan but this game always gets me excited for the whole 60 minutes.

Today's contest didn't disappoint, unless you're from South Jersey! But that's the good thing about being a casual fan. Five minutes later, I moved on.
