Text messaging has, for better or worse, changed the world and the way we interact with one another. Sometimes, however, a text message just isn't enough.

Deminski & Doyle are discussing a story where a restaurant owner sent out a mass text to all of his employees informing them that he was closing his business and that they were all fired. Was a text message enough in this situation? Would a phone call or in person conversation have been more acceptable?
