Does Throwing A Cigarette Butt Out of The Car Window Go Against Driving Etiquette? [POLL]

One of Jeff's biggest pet peeves on the road is when people throw their cigarette butts out of the car window onto the road. I can kind of see where he's coming from. The only time I really get angry about it is when the car directly in front of me has a cigarette flying from it, and as it kicks off of the street, it comes crashing towards the grill in my car.

I'm not really sure if that would damage my car, but if the cigarette ever fell into the right crevice at exactly the right time, I just have this mental image that my car will spontaneously combust.
