Earlier today, getting my breakfast, I encountered some terrible service at the cafe I was at. I'm usually very patient when it comes to dealing with poor customer service because I've been in their shoes. Today, however, I had had enough and I used the phone number they posted on the wall to complain about it. Have you ever done this?

This was the first time I ever took it this far and I'm not sure if anything will ever be done about it. The slow employees, garbage piling up and high amount of flies hitting me in the face were all points I brought up.
