It's the time of year when everyone starts thinking about their New Years resolutions.   What's on your list for this year? Is it weightloss or to  meet the man or woman of your dreams?  Maybe you'd like to find a new job or move to a new location.  Did you keep last year's new years resolution? According to surveys, only 8% of people stick to their new years resolutions and 46% fail by the end of January.  Are your goals reasonable or are you one of those people with high hopes that never really come to fruition?

Tonight I'd like to know how many of you made resolutions last year that you actually stuck to. Do you just use New Years as a time to start anew or are you always thinking about ways to better or reinvent yourself? I think New Years is a great motivator, but I also feel you shouldn't wait until the end of the year to make changes if you'd like to improve on your current situation.
