We've talked several times on the air about what seems to be an increase in thuggish behavior at sporting events, especially if the victim had the audacity to wear the visiting team's jersey, hat, etc. Then a couple of months ago, there was the story of Seattle police officers going undercover in San Francisco 49er's garbat a Seahawks game to catch the miscreants.

Now its happening a little closer to home. Police in Philadelphia are making it known that they will be at Lincoln Financial Field dressed as New Orleans Saints fans and that anyone who tries to harass them will be escorted out of the stadium. According to WPVI-TV, attendees should also allow for more time to get through security.
