An armed Clifton cop has barricaded himself inside a Doylestown, Pennsylvania home with 2000 rounds of ammunition.

Richard Klementovich began shooting at police officers surrounding the home on Bittersweet Drive around 2PM where his estranged wife lives  reports WPVI TV.

He has 2,000 rounds of ammunition and multiple rifles in the home according to ABC News.

Officers have been told to if they can get a clear visual on Klementovich they should take the shot.

A Doylestown officer was treated and released when he was injured by concrete when a bullet richotched off the sidewalk.  Two police vehicles were shot at and an armored personnel vehicle was also struck, police said.

 

A round of gunfire was heard by neighbors at 4PM and again at 5PM reports PhillyBurbs.com

Police have the area surrounded and a SWAT team is on scene according to WTXF TV.

Residents have been advised to lock their doors, close their drapes and get in a safe place, such as the basement.

Police have been called to the home in the past for domestic disputes.
