Former Teaneck firefighter joined me on the phone to discuss a court ruling that may be a set back for Governor Christie. Bill Brennen filed an official misconduct complaint against the Governor for failing to stop the lane closures referred to as #Bridgegate.

The next court date is February 2nd. Although I'm doubtful that there will be any legal repercussions for the Governor, Brennen insists based on the testimony at the trial of former Christie top allies Bridget Anne Kelly and Bill Baroni implicated the Governor and give credibility to his complaint.

Beyond the court action I did take the time to thank Bill for showing up and supporting the charity event hosted by Jessica Nutt and me last weekend at Bar Anticipation in Lake Como. And of course I thanked him for his quick action during the State of the State speech when he helped the pastor who collapsed during the speech.
