Can You Ever Benefit From Fighting A Ticket In Court? [POLL]

Frank Roder, the man who was ticketed twice after his car rolled into the Rahway River to save his son, had no luck in court this week. He tried to fight the tickets and, as I would imagine, use logic in his attempt to not have to pay for what happened.

Deminski & Doyle want to know if it ever pays to fight a ticket in court. Does it ever work out in your favor? I know I've never personally benefited from trying to fight my case. What do you think? Take part in our poll below.
