Camden Rapist Believed to be Targeting Prostitutes

Authorities believe the same man has raped two women engaging in prostitution in New Jersey’s most impoverished city. The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office says the man approached one woman and led her at knifepoint to a wooded area in Camden, where she was sexually assaulted on May 21.

Authorities say the same thing happened to another woman on July 26.

The women told police the man had a prominent, jutting chin and spoke broken English. They also said he was wearing multi-strand, multicolored bead necklaces.

One victim remembered he wore black Sketcher boots, had long pinky nails on both hands and was riding a blue and black mountain bike.
