The cakes at Raritan Bakery aren't only for eating - sometimes, they get dropped off the roof of the building!

The owners, Joe Coyle and Joe Coyle Jr., have started a tradition of Cake Drops at the Raritan Bakery. They've dropped cakes to celebrate holidays, to get excited for sports games, and even just for fun.
