Bodyform CEO’s Brilliant Response to Angry Facebook Commenter [VIDEO]

Many times people post nasty or snarky remarks on a business' Facebook page with no recourse or retort from the company. One CEO decided to make a video in response to one Facebook user's comments and it is absolutely something you HAVE to watch.    The company, Bodyform, is based out of the United Kingdom and their CEO, Caroline Williams, has created one of the greatest responses to a consumer feedback that you will ever see or hear. Bodyform is a feminine hygiene company and the consumer, Richard Neill, had complained that the company's ads were misleading and not true to form. Well, Bodyform's CEO had NO problem addressing Mr. Neill's concerns.
