The Phillies fan who pushed a 63-year-old woman from South Jersey aside to basically steal Maikel Franco's first home run ball has been identified. The jersey and jean-shorts wearing guy has been identified on social media as Jim Bergen. It happened during the Philadelphia's 6-0 win over the Arizona Diamondbacks on Sunday.

Bergen was photographed holding the home run ball he caught...right out of the hands of Joyce Murphy Kiner of National Park.

"He came over from the section to the left of me," said Kiner. "I had the ball in my hand. He pushed my hand out of the way," she said. This guy, like too many Philadelphia sports fans, is a total jerk. At least this was mild compared to the too many stories of thuggery that have surrounded Philly sports.
