Where’s the cheapest gas in NJ? Week of Oct. 17

Gas prices are staying stable in New Jersey, according to AAA Mid-Atlantic.

But they're a whole dollar less than a year ago — just $1.98 on Friday, down from $2.98.

The national average price was $2.28, down 4 cents from last week, and down from $3.16 at this time last year.
