What TV show best represents New Jersey? – Poll

You're not the only one who's tired of being likened to the cast of Jersey Shore or Sopranos.

I think it's about time New Jerseyans are associated with something other than raucous New Yorkers cavorting down the shore.

Callers suggested Amnityville Horror, Garden State, and Toxic Avenger as movies that better represent our state than MTV and Bravo productions, whether its through their humor, scenery or overall plot. Of course not all of these films are an improvement to our reputation, but other callers said that Charles In Charge, Pete & Pete, and Wonder Years might redeem us somewhat.
