We were taking calls today regarding the growing trend of men taking paternity leave from work when their children are born. Jeff was enlightened to the fact that baseball players get to take a few days off when a commentator brought it up during a Mets game he was watching.

Now, Deminski & Doyle want to know what your company policy is when it comes to paternity leave. We heard from some callers saying that they were given a day or two. Others were granted six weeks paid. Still others were forced to use their built up vacation time.
