TINTON FALLS — An out-of-control camper snarled traffic on the Garden State Parkway for several hours on Monday afternoon, and the whole incident was caught on camera.

Trooper Alejandro Goez of the New Jersey State Police said the incident happened just before 4 p.m. on the southbound side of the Parkway near mile marker 101.3 in Tinton Falls. Goez said a Ford Expedition was being driven by Jackson resident Roger Logan when the camper overturned and jackknifed.

The right two lanes of the highway were shutdown until 6:30 p.m., according to Goez. There were no injuries and no other vehicles were involved.

Goez said Logan has not been charged with anything as of yet and  the incident is still under investigation.
