Wednesday's high temperatures reached as high as 49 in Atlantic City, 48 at Newark Liberty Airport, 46 at Trenton-Mercer County Airport.

The normal high is 52 or 53, so again, below normal.

Today will definitely be below normal.  After the chance of a coating of snow showers in places this morning, variable clouds this afternoon with highs 38 to 42.

Clear to partly cloudy tonight in the 20s, but low 30s possible along the south coast.

Partly sunny with a brisk wind Friday in the low 40s.

Then, a mostly sunny Saturday well into the 40s.

Some sunshine Sunday with increasing clouds in the 40s.  The increasing clouds will be ahead of a storm system coming out of the southwestern states, one that will be in the Ohio Valley and another storm that will develop along the east coast.

That could certainly either produce rain or wet snow in New Jersey by the time we get to later Sunday night and Monday of next week.

More on that tomorrow.
