A van rear ended a school bus on the White Horse Pike in Lindenwold on Friday morning.

The driver of the bus and a passenger were injured in the crash near United States Avenue according to the Courier-Post; no students were on board.

Lindenwold Fire Chief Randy Freiling tells the Courier-Post the bus was turning left and on its way to pick up students at a nearby school.

A view from above shows the van wit heavy front-end damage against a utility pole according to WPVI TV. The bus appears to have crashed into a pole as well and shows some damage to its front.

The White Horse Pike will be closed off for several hours.
