FORT LEE — A Bergen County man is facing charges that he inappropriately touched one of his female clients during a therapy session.

The woman's call to police on May 4 also resulted in Myung Ho Lee, 70, being charged with not having a valid acupuncture license.

Myung Ho Lee, 70, of Englewood Cliffs, was arrested Friday and charged with third-degree unlicensed practice of acupuncture and 4th-degree criminal sexual contact.

Lee practiced without a valid license at Fort Lee Acupunture and Physical Therapy on Whiteaman Road in Fort Lee, Bergen County Acting Prosecutor Gurbier S. Grewal said Saturday.

He was being held Saturday at the Bergen County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail with no 10 percent option.

He also was ordered to surrender his passports as condition of bail.
