Joe Clementi will be part of a panel on bullying and hate crimes Thursday after the Bergen County Players production of "The Laramie Project."

The play is about the 1998 murder of a gay student in Wyoming, Matthew Shepard.

Clementi's appearance comes just days before Dharun Ravi is to be sentenced for bias intimidation and other charges. Ravi could get up to 10 years in prison.

A jury in March found that he intended to intimidate roommate Tyler Clementi.
