Two Escaped Inmates Caught, Two Others Still Missing
Two prisoners who fled from a work detail in southern New Jersey have both been captured.
But two inmates who escaped from a state youth facility on Sunday night are still on the lam.
Forty-two-year-old Terrence Feeney was captured just before 5 p.m. Monday at an amusement business in Ocean County. About two hours later, 28-year-old Joseph Brandt was found nearby, walking along a highway.
The men had been working at a Wrightstown cemetery before fleeing Monday afternoon. Both were serving terms at the Mid-State Correctional Facility in Wrightstown.
Their disappearance came several hours after two inmates escaped from Mountainview Youth Correctional Facility in Annandale.
Authorities say 21-year-old Corey Agostarola and 23-year-old Michael Bentley were present for an 8 p.m. headcount Sunday, but were noticed missing about 90 minutes later.
