Trump’s debate boycott could be big opportunity for rest of GOP field
Donald Trump will hold a rally not far from where the rest of the Republican candidates for president will be holding a debate in Iowa.
Trump's move could be a welcome opportunity for other candidates to emerge from the long shadow the billionaire has cast over the race.
But most will also have their eye on New Hampshire, where they're hoping a strong showing in the Feb. 9 primary will jump start their white house hopes.
Gov. Chris Christie, former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, and Ohio Gov. John Kasich have all devoted the bulk of their campaign resources to New Hampshire.
