Toms River to Vote On $30M Sandy Bill
Officials in an Ocean County town hit hard by Superstorm Sandy are set to cover some of their expenses.
The Toms River Council plans to vote on a special emergency appropriation of approximately $30 million Friday.
The town's barrier island communities sustained substantial damage during the storm.
Residents are still restricted to limited visits to their homes.
