New Jersey's Treasury Department says the state's tax revenues in June were well above both last June's collections and the state's own projections.

Revenues for the month of May exceeded estimates for the sixth month in a row in New Jersey. Income tax collections hit an all-time high for May and sales taxes showed continued strength. The announcement came today from State Treasurer Andrew Sidamon-Eristoff.

New data from state Treasury Department indicates tax collections were up for the third month in a row in February.

New Jersey tax collections are not growing as fast as the state projected through the first quarter of the fiscal year.
